Research and story gathering

Data is a critical tool in changing the conversation about homelessness. Organizations like yours have generously shared information about our local homeless population and how they are being assisted. We will continue to gather community data, collect stories about your work and success, and report on it in ways that build community awareness and support.

Listening and learning

To open doors into permanent, affordable, quality housing, we must also open doors within our own homeless system. Many of the barriers your organization faces are likely experienced by other organizations within the system. Through specialized support and resources, the Coalition will enhance connections and conversations, so more partners have the tools needed to end homelessness.

How it’s happening > Join a Roofs to Roots Framework Group, a peer-to-peer listening and learning series.

Planning and advocacy

Stronger data and more connected partners will help create momentum needed to guide planning and funding efforts toward long-term change. Your organization will continue to play a role in how decisions are made about the homeless system, and the Coalition will engage more community leaders to support your work and spark conversations outside the system.

How it’s happening > The Coalition will engage local leaders in conversations about data, research, and next steps in the implementation of our community's Vision to End Homelessness.
